Have you ever complain about any H&M pieces? I think you already recognized I'm a bargain hunter and don't accept having item's which are beat-up or poor quality. This is why I go and claim those pieces. Just as I did some days ago at H&M. I brought an old longsleeve, little worn but having holes. And my black wedges you see above. The stitching is bursting :-( Appearing some authoritarian, self-confident, but friendly, the employees offered me 12,50€ on a gift card. Of course I directly used the free money and shopped a brand new piece (on sale :-D). Today you see its black collar. I love the form.
